“Express” applies to shipping only. The production time for personalized jewelry is not shortened.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges upon delivery. These costs, including customs clearance, are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Please note that these charges vary by country and are beyond our control. For details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
We also cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues caused by the courier service.
Which countries does NOVI Jewelry ship to?
We ship to almost all countries worldwide.
Please note that deliveries are not available to Dubai, Russia, Canada, and Australia.
How do I track my order?
After your order is completed, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Use this link to monitor the status of your order.
How are orders packaged at NOVI Jewelry?
Every NOVI Jewelry item is thoughtfully placed in an NOVI Jewelry gift box and shipped securely in a plain outer carton, accompanied by the product description.
RETURNS
Can I return or exchange a product at NOVI Jewelry?
You can return or exchange your NOVI Jewelry purchase within 14 days, as long as the items have not been worn and remain in their original condition. Personalized or custom products are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Items bought in NOVI Jewelry stores can be exchanged or refunded with a store credit (gift card voucher) — cash refunds are not provided.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased at a NOVI Jewelry store?
Please note that returns or exchanges must be handled in the same way the purchase was made. Items bought in-store can only be returned to an NOVI Jewelry store.
Cash refunds are not offered for in-store returns. You may either exchange your item for another product or receive store credit for the returned item’s value.
Personalized items, special orders, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return an item from an online or telesales order at NOVI Jewelry?
Please note that returns must be handled in the same way the order was placed. Online and telesales orders can only be returned via shipping.

Can I return items purchased online at a physical NOVI Jewelry location?
No, your online order cannot be returned at one of our NOVI Jewelry stores.
What is the return or exchange period?
Standard items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Will I receive a refund after returning an item?
For online orders, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Alternatively, you can choose a store voucher for the return amount, which can be used in NOVI Jewelry stores, via telesales, or online, and is valid indefinitely.
Items purchased in NOVI Jewelry stores can only be refunded as a store credit (gift card voucher) or exchanged for other products; cash refunds are not available.
What are the terms and conditions for returning an item?
Please ensure that all items are unused and returned in their original packaging within the 14-day return period. Personalized products, such as engraved items, and custom-made items, like NOVI Jewelry necklaces with multiple letters, cannot be returned.
